My name is Susan Wall, and this is my 26th year teaching at Mountain View. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree, as well as my Multiple Subject teaching credential in 1994 from Cal State University Fullerton. After beginning my teaching career, I continued my education and earned my Master of Science degree from CSUF in 1998. Since then I have obtained my GATE credential, CLAD credential, as well as numerous other certifications. As a lifelong learner myself, I encourage my students to embrace all learning opportunities, and to be responsible for themselves.
Currently, I reside in Riverside with my husband, my son and daughter, both of whom attended Mt. View K-6 before attending middle school and high school near our home.
Originally, I am from North Carolina and I am a country girl at heart. My favorite place is the quiet, remote beaches on the NC coast where I can swim, kayak, relax and fish from the surf. I feel at home on a horse, hiking through the woods, trekking across streams, camping, and off-roading in 4 x 4's. Hence, sixth grade science camp is a lot of fun for me!
